Vaani Kapoor is a fitness freak with a jawdropping body and the actress keeps pushing herself in the gym. She is now taking on aerial pilates, a hardcore regime to enhance flexibility.
“I wanted to take this on to challenge my fitness levels and also improve upon it so I benefit from it while filming,” wrote Kapoor in a press statement.
“It is an extremely fun way of working out. It’s pushing my body to places I have never taken it before, and I’m loving the adrenaline rush.”
Kapoor is currently working on to films, Hrithik vs Tiger and Shamshera, and both films need her to be really fit to shoot dance sequences.
The actress has been reinventing her gym routines to push herself into building more stamina and flexibility.
